A4e in Australia

At A4e, we’re passionate about people and doing whatever we can, whatever it takes to help people on their employment journey. Since opening our doors just two years ago, A4e Australia has helped more than 12,500 jobseekers into service, preparing and mobilising some 6,300 people into work.

A4e is quickly earning a reputation as a leading employment services provider in Australia focussed on skilling acquisition for jobseekers and workers alike. We’re thrilled to be extending our geographical reach with the recent acquisition of the Tracy Group, based in Victoria. The addition of the Tracy Group to the ‘A4e family’ will result in increased job seeker pools and a significant extension of our training options for our employer clients.

In the past year our training arm Australian Employment and Training Solutions, AETS, has continued to grow and has delivered more than 3,650 training places to jobseekers, existing workers and corporations.  And as of July 2011, AETS has signed up 970 traineeships, with a large portion of these being in the aged care sector which is a nationally recognised area of critical skill shortage.

Ballarat based Tracy the Placement People have their own fantastic track record since the Job Services Australia contract began two years ago. In the past 12 months Tracy have welcomed some 6100 jobseekers through their doors. Tracy’s training arm ICP has delivered training to some 2,300 jobseekers and workers in the past year alone with many moving into sustainable employment.

A4e is thrilled to now be providing Job Services Australia services in Sydney and regional NSW, and through Tracy to regional Victoria and Melbourne. We’re excited too about the extensive training and workforce development offering. Now A4e, Tracy and AETS clients, employers and job seekers alike, can access more than 60 nationally accredited courses across 25 permanent centres in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania to help improve skills, qualifications and careers.

A4e is also providing innovative intervention services to government working with Indigenous offenders across 5 prisons in NSW. And A4e is also contracted under the Innovation Fund framework to work with local community and industry leaders to develop innovative projects. I am very excited to be working with wonderful partners to deliver on these important contracts.

Whether you are looking for the right person to fill a vacancy, need help with training your employees, or you’re a job hunter - we are confident we can help you. And the kettle’s always on.
